1909 Rohrbaugh Opera House Ottawa Kansas Pomona KS

Up for sale is this postcard of the Rohrbaugh Opera House in Ottawa, Kansas. This postcard is postmarked from Pomona, Kansas enroute to Miss Mary Staley in Ottawa, Kansas. It is interesting to note that Colonel Sameul Rohrbaugh, left the opera house in his will to his niece and nephew Nellie and Samuel R. Hubbard. I don't see how well the Hubbard's fared with the Opera House as these were in decline by 1910.
This postcard is worn. There is a horizontal crease along the length of the card. It is odd as you can't see it and there is no fold or bend to the postcard there. Maybe it was in the assembly?
