1993 Boxed ERTL Farm Country Farm House (Building Only) 1;64th Scale Set #4237

Description

This is an all original boxed 1993 Farm House Set #4237 made by Ertl as part of their Farm Country series of playsets  produced beginning in the 1990's. This classic 1:64th scale play set originally had 42 pieces. All building parts are included but no other parts are present. The house is complete, except that two of the three porch rail sections have the top of one post broken off and missing (see photo). Also included are the directions and the outer box. None of the accessories are included. Gone are the die-cast red and white Chevy pickup, the twelve fence sections, all four people, dinner bell, mailbox, 3 signs, both swings, and the sandbox. The inner box is also missing. Except for the broken railing posts, there are no noticeable blemishes or damage anywhere on the building parts. The original external box is included. All corners and edges of the boxes are intact. There are a few light scuffs in the box edges and corners. Box colors remain bright and shiny. This rare highly sought after set is a must for any 1:64th car, ERTL, or Farm Country fan / collector who seeks out the rarest and best available.
Shipping will be via whichever USPS or FedEx Ground rate makes the most sense given my attempt to limit the cost while delivering the item in a safe and timely manner. Insurance is required for all shipments of 0 or more. The buyer will be responsible for the actual cost of such insurance. All sales outside the lower 48 states are mailed and will include insurance. Bidders outside the lower 48 states should confirm the shipping cost from me prior to bidding. I will happily combine shipping costs on multiple items sent to the same location. Local pick up in Bolingbrook, Illinois is free. Please do not pay for an item until you receive an invoice from me showing the final winning bid plus any applicable shipping or insurance cost.  All payments must be made via PayPal only.
