    All of our water pumps are new old stock. We have opened and inspected the pumps to ensure there is no damage and that everything is included. The pumps will ship as they came from the factory, in factory box, with all factory packaging and manual unless it is noted otherwise. This unit will ship in the original box with everything that would have been included from the factory. The boxes will have at least some wear but none of them have any major damage.
    Shur-Dri originally offered a warranty that covered 12 months after installation or 18 months after manufacture. We are
    NOT
    a
    Shur-Dri dealer, so the
    Shur-Dri limited warranty will not apply. However, we will warrant the pump based on the exact terms and conditions of the
    Shur-Dri Limited Warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.  This will provide a proper amount of time to install the pump and confirm that it is in perfect working order as advertised. We will be happy to correct any issue that may arise with this or any product.
    You
    MUST
    ensure that you are connecting the pump properly. The pump is wired for single phase, 230v power. Please read the wiring instructions in the manual prior to installing. We will not accept a return for any pumps that were wired incorrectly.
    *If your order does not arrive on time or is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.  This process can take up to two weeks for the investigation to be completed.  Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit and not delivered we will replace your item if they are still available.  If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping cost.  However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.  It is the buyers responsibility to secure their mail box for delivery*
