All orders are shipped out via FedEx or USPS. We cannot use the customer's account to ship an item.

We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse.

All of our items are shipped out brand new. If the package appears damaged, please write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. After you receive the package, please open to check the contents and email us immediately if you find any missing or damaged parts. We will contact FedEx for the damage or partial lost claim.
We only ship to the lower 48 U.S. States and Canada (for certain items). Shipping to PO Box, APO, FPO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or Alaska is not available
