Belpre is in Edwards County Kansas and today's population is about 84.  Your bid is for this Real Photo Postcard showing the Elevator District in Belpre, Kansas.  Postcard has been used, has a Belpre postmarked dated 1914 and sent to Stafford, Kan. There is a small "age" spot on the front right side.  I would guess the postmark is no longer available??  Good condition.  See my sale items.
