Ducks Unlimited White Duck Goose Decoy Warren County 1987

Description

Ducks Unlimited White Duck Wood Decoy Warren County 1987. I don’t know if this is a duck or a goose. Condition is "Used". Nice decoy except the beak has been repaired (shown in photo) which is hardly noticeable. The duck is about 8” wide and 18” long from beak to tail and 8” high to the top of the head. It is impressed on the bottom “Wood Creek, Decatur, IL. Also burned into the wood on the bottom is “Ross Goose Decoy Warren County Ducks Unlimited 1987 “ and signed by “Glen Johnny Steadman”. (I am not sure that I’m spelling the name correctly as it is written in hard-to-read script). The duck (or goose) has an attached metal circular weight. The wood is heavy.
