    Ridgway Hand Painted Grey Gold Floral Soft Paste Bread & Butter Plate C. 1840s
    Nice early bone china chantilly shape bread and butter plate. Decorated with hand painted grey & gold gilt floral designs along the edge and a gold gilt medallion in the center. Marked on the bottom with a red pattern number 2/5. Made by Ridgway. Circa 1840s.
    Has some usage wear to the center consistent with age and some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 10 3/8 inches wide.
