I am an honest seller and try my hardest to describe and photograph all of the items listed to the best of my ability.  Quite a few people have abused the returns system in the past, so unfortunately I had to implement this strict rule.  Please ask all questions (i.e. sizing information, condition, etc.) before bidding or submitting an offer and I'll be more than happy to answer.  I'm not a retail store, just a girl trying to get rid of the contents of my closet that I don't need/use.  Clothing and shoes are buy at your own risk ... If it doesn't fit, that isn't my fault. And remember I'm only human, so if I missed something please send a message and let me know before leaving damaging neutral or negative feedback ... I'll do my best to resolve any issue and work things out.  I'd like everyone to be satisfied and have a 5 star experience!

Please ask all questions prior to bidding.  Don't hesitate to message me if you need more information, pictures, etc.  I am more than happy to help!  But please don't send nasty, bullying or argumentative comments (you'd be surprised at how much that happens) ... Payment is due within 3 days of the listing's end (unless otherwise arranged between myself and the buyer).  I'm very willing to work with everyone, but if I don't receive payment or have contact from the buyer after 4 days, the item will be relisted and the Unpaid Item Assistant will automatically open a Case on my behalf.  All non-payers will be blocked from bidding on future listings.
Once a listing (either via an auction, best offer or buy it now) ends, I cannot cancel the transaction if you change your mind as it negatively affects a seller's standing as per eBay's new guidelines.  An Unpaid Item Case will be opened up instead.
I usually ship via USPS First Class Mail if the package is 16 oz or under, otherwise I will ship via USPS Priority Mail.  On some occasions, I ship via USPS Parcel Select or Media Mail if the package is heavy to save on shipping costs for the buyer.  I try to keep the costs low, reasonable and at actual cost if possible (PLEASE BE AWARE THAT USPS SHIPPING PRICES INCREASED
IN JANUARY OF THIS YEAR
).  Free USPS Tracking (formerly known as delivery confirmation) is always included.  If you'd like insurance, please let me know before submitting a payment ... I'd be more than happy to give you a quote and add the cost to your invoice.  Insurance can't be added after payment is made.
I will ship the item(s) as soon as possible after receiving a cleared payment (usually within 1 business day).  eBay provides you with an ETA date, but keep in mind that it's only an estimate.
Please understand that once the package is dropped off with the post office, it is out of my hands and I'm not responsible for the shipping time.
I've gone
GREEN
so I try to recycle shipping containers and packaging whenever possible.  Most of my boxes and envelopes are new and only clean and scent-free supplies will be reused when mailing your items.  Everything is packaged with care!  :o)
I am only able to ship to the United States.  Sorry, no international shipping.
I print postage through eBay and ship to the address provided by PayPal.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND UP-TO-DATE IN BOTH EBAY & PAYPAL BEFORE MAKING A PAYMENT!!!  I am NOT responsible if you provide an incorrect address and your item doesn't arrive.
