This offering is for a complete vintage set of Time Life, The Old West Series Books with Index.
There are 26 books in all.
They were published from 1973 through 1980 and each book focused on one topic such as ‘The Cowboys”. They are all in excellent condition. Notes on individual books are listed below beside each title.
All tooled leatherette covers with gold embossing on spine are in excellent condition.
The oval color lithographs on the front of each book have great detail and color. No damage to any of them. No pages missing from any of the books and no marks or tears on any of the books.
No shelf wear.
On the inside cover of most of these books has been affixed an address label, partial address label or printed name.
This is a complete original set purchased as available from the publisher.
The 65 page Master Index is complete. At one time it must have been exposed to some moisture as the pages are rippled on all the pages on the bottom half of each page.
There are no tears or marks of any kind on any of the pages.
These books are from a smoke free environment and have been stored for many years.
Many of them were never read.
All have tight spines.
